Food inspires me in different ways. On some days, it feels like art. On other days, it’s plain medicine and sometimes, it becomes a soulful way to connect, to have those long-due conversations heart to heart.

While I enjoy working with flavours and colours, I’m also amused by the science behind food and its impact on our bodies. My plant-based recipes are mostly healthy, well-balanced, and rooted in the philosophy of eating the rainbow.
